This policy explains what information makeupbygatsby.com collects and how it is used. Makeup by Gatsby is a makeup artist business based in Gilbert, Arizona.
Information you send through the form
When you use the availability form, you send your name, phone number, email address, event date and the other details you choose to include. That information is sent by email to Makeup by Gatsby so we can reply about availability and pricing. The website itself does not store form submissions in a database or file.
Form emails are delivered through our email providers (an SMTP sending service and an email forwarding service), which process the message only to deliver it.
How we use your information
- To reply to your inquiry and, if you book, to plan your appointment.
- We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without asking.
Analytics, cookies and your choice
A bar at the bottom of the site lets you accept or reject analytics cookies, with Accept and Reject given equal weight. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer. A browser that sends a Global Privacy Control signal is treated as Reject.
- Google Analytics 4: until you accept, it runs in Google’s Consent Mode without analytics cookies. Google signals and ad personalization are off.
- Microsoft Clarity: it loads only after you accept. It records behavioral metrics, heatmaps and session replay, with text masked, to help us improve the site. See Microsoft’s privacy statement.
Providers that process information for this site
- Website hosting: serves the pages and receives standard server logs.
- turboSMTP: sends the form email.
- ImprovMX: forwards that email to Gatsby.
- Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity: site analytics, as described above.
To limit repeat submissions, the form keeps a scrambled, short-lived code made from your network address for about 10 minutes. It can’t be turned back into your address and isn’t linked to what you typed.

Quinceañera and formal-dance bookings for minors should be made by a parent or guardian.
